Shipping, Delivery, Refund & Security Policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

We deliver products using Direct Freight Express and TNT. Orders are dispatched within (2) business days. Shipping times are estimated at between (2) and (7) business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

For orders under $550, shipping is $27.50 Australia wide. For orders over $550, shipping is free Australia wide.

Shipping Destinations:

Photo Printing ships goods to Australia only.

Refund Policy:

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

Security Policy:

When purchasing from Photo Printing  card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac. Card data is not hosted by Photo Printing after processing.

Currency:

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
